In this role, you will help customers with scheduling requests, answer questions regarding services, and provide general support through various digital communication channels. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to customers through online chat, email correspondence, and other digital communication tools.
• Support clients with arranging, modifying, and verifying appointments.
• Answer questions regarding available services, rates, special offers, and company guidelines.
• Address customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a courteous and professional approach.
• Record and update customer interactions and scheduling information accurately.
• Reach out to clients when additional information or appointment confirmations are required.
• Refer advanced or sensitive issues to the appropriate management team when necessary.
• Deliver a high level of service while maintaining the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional administrative and support-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer support, online chat assistance, virtual administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Exceptional written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, online platforms, and keyboarding tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet access and a dedicated home office environment.
